For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Halong bay

07:45 – 08:15: Optional pick-up at your hotel near by the Old Quarter in Hanoi by shuttle bus.
12:00 – 12:30: Embark the Charm Legend at Tuan Chau International harbor. Welcome drink, cruise briefing, safety instructions, and check-in cabins.
13:00 – 15:30: Lunch will be served on board while cruising and passing by Dog islet, Fighting Cock islet (symbol of Halong Bay), fishing village, Swan islet. After having lunch, the Charm Legend Cruise will continue exploring the wonders of Halong bay.
15:30 – 17:00: Turn right to reach the centre of Halong Bay for a visit to its largest cave called Sung Sot Cave or (Surprising cave). Kayaking or paddle in our Bamboo boat through a limestone Tunnel Grotto called (Hang Luon) into a lovely lagoon.
17:00 – 19:00: Return to the Charm Legend Cruise for a Sunset party to admire the best moments of the day when the sun starts to set. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our tourguide to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam: spring rolls, or refresh yourself in outdoor Jacuzzi.
19:00: Savor dinner in Charm Lengend Cruise with extremely delicious food Afterwards, socialize with new friends and crew members, enjoy squid fishing, or simply relax on your boat’s top deck in the middle of the tranquil bay. Overnight on board.Meals: L, D

06:30 – 07:00: Wake up to a very special morning with an organized Taichi class among the peaceful surroundings of Halong.
07:30 – 08:00: Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay
08:00 – 09:30: Walking up 340 constructed terraced steps to the top of Titop Mountain peak is totally worthy for a 360 degree of Amazing view of Halong Bay.Walk down to Ti Top beach, a naturally formed sand beach, for a refreshing dip in the bay.
09:30 – 10:00: Check-out cabins and settle bills.
10h30: Lunch will be served while the Cruise is cruising back to Tuan Chau harbor.
11:45 -12:00: Pick up and disembark then we continue our land driving trip to Hanoi Estimated to arrive in Hanoi16h30 – 17h00. We will drop you off at your hotels located in the old quarter of Hanoi
