For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: HCMC - Cai Be - Vinh Long - Tra On (only Mon and Fri)

07:30–08:00 AM: Optional pick-up by shuttle bus from hotels in District 1 or District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, followed by a transfer to Cai Be.
10:30–11:00 AM: Arrival at Cai Be Pier. Transfer by boat to a sumptuous traditional residence, formerly an imperial residence, where Kiet's descendants welcome you and invite you to enjoy tea accompanied by samples of tropical fruits. You will have the opportunity to walk through the orchard. Continue to local handicraft villages where rice and coconut products are made, including rice alcohol, puffed rice cakes, rice paper, and coconut milk sweets.
12:00 PM: Embark on the Le Cochinchine boat and enjoy a welcome drink. Lunch is served on board as the boat heads towards Co Chien. During the cruise, you will have the opportunity to admire beautiful, authentic landscapes along the river.
In the afternoon, enjoy a walk or bike ride along village paths. This excursion allows you to discover lush orchards, observe riverside activities, and, above all, interact with local residents.
The boat continues upstream towards Tra On. Enjoy an aperitif on the upper deck and a foot massage as the sun gradually sets over the river.
Take part in a cooking class on board, where you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare pumpkin flowers stuffed with thát lát fish and how to carve vegetables for dish decoration.
Dinner and overnight stay on board, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the river at night.

An early start allows you to admire the dawn over the Mekong River, with its fresh air, birdsong, barge traffic, and the lively activities of local residents along the riverbanks. Enjoy breakfast on board as the boat sails slowly towards Can Tho.
Check out from the Le Cochinchine boat and say goodbye to our friendly staff. You will then transfer to a small boat to visit Cai Rang, one of the busiest floating markets in the entire Mekong Delta. Cai Rang Floating Market is a highlight not to be missed when exploring the waterways of southern Vietnam.
Continue by boat along palm-shaded canals, where you can admire magnificent orchards, local homes, shipbuilding yards, and the bustling river trade. Visit an orchard where you will discover a variety of tropical fruits, such as mangoes, dragon fruit, kumquats, and jackfruit.
Return to the pier and disembark at 11:00 AM. Then, take the bus back to Ho Chi Minh City (available only to guests who have booked the bus service with us).

Our family of seven spanning three generations had the boat to ourselves and stayed for one night. Four of us did the walking tour in the village and three did a short cycle trip. We were treated to foot massage after sunset on the third level deck. Very relaxing way to experience the delta.

The tour along the Mekong made me feel like I saw a lot of land and people in a very comfortable and relaxed way. The food was amazingly good and rich. The only small drawback was the AC (which unfortunately only half worked) and the shower was not separated (shower between toilet and sink). But otherwise really two successful days!

We spent one night on Cochin China, and we were overall very satisfied. We were alone on the boat with our guide, so the staff was very caring: cocktail, meal, bike tour (they even offered a foot massage ..). The meal was really excellent. On the other hand the quantities of the evening meal were too important in my opinion. Question room, this is where I am mixed. The rooms are in the middle of the boat so the deck goes around. Also, we had the curtains closed permanently. Cumulative to a very nice mattress but very high, with a low ceiling, it gives a feeling of oppression. In addition, I have seasickness, so cumulated with all these factors, although the boat did not move much, I was sick all night. Pity ! Finally, the ride on the Mekong was great. The landscapes were very varied, and the roof terrace allowed to take advantage to the maximum.

Was such a good experience,well organised,staff were helpful tour guide very informative, food was very good,floating markets disappointing not because of tour just because of change in Vietnam, well worth doing

We were alone on our boat just accompanied by our guide Everything was perfect, cooking, personal activities (floating markets, bike, ...) We spent a night on the Mekong from 14h to 9h in the morning (this is called cruise 2 days 1 night !!) but it was a very beautiful experience. Foot massage .... Clean room and good (of course small) and bathroom just enough for a night ...
