For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Optional pick-up from hotels in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
10:00 AM | Embarkation and Mekong Delta Exploration
Board the Mekong Emotion boat in My Tho, where you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink before checking into your cabin.
Take a short trip by small motorboat to visit one of the islands. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the island, taste fresh local fruits, observe traditional handicraft production, and meet local residents. Continue with a brief sampan ride through palm-shaded creeks before returning to the Mekong Emotion boat.
Lunch will be served on board.
After lunch, cruise towards Cai Be via Ngu Hiep. Upon arrival at Ngu Hiep Island, disembark and enjoy a leisurely biking or walking tour around the island to discover local daily life and observe the activities of the local community.
Continue cruising leisurely along the Mekong River, taking in the beautiful riverside scenery and enjoying a magnificent sunset on the Tien River.
Enjoy dinner on board and spend the night on the boat, anchored between Ngu Hiep Island and Cai Be.

Morning Activities and Cai Be Floating Market
Wake up to the lively sounds of the floating market and observe the daily life of local people living along both banks of the Mekong River. Enjoy breakfast on board as the boat departs for Cai Be.
After breakfast, transfer your luggage to a small motorboat and set off to explore the vibrant Cai Be Floating Market in the morning. Continue with a walking tour of a local handicraft village, followed by a visit to an old house and a chance to sample a variety of tropical fruits.
Visit Mekong Lodge
Continue the boat trip to Mekong Lodge, an eco-resort featuring 29 charming private bungalows and a riverside restaurant overlooking the Tien River. Spread across an area of more than 10,000 m², the lodge offers a peaceful setting along the riverbank.
Visit Mekong Lodge and enjoy a walk around the property to observe local residents going about their daily activities and preparing lunch for their families.
10:00 AM | Disembarkation and Departure
Transfer by boat back to Cai Be Tourist Pier and disembark. Meet your driver and continue by car to Ho Chi Minh City or your next destination.

Perfect. Beautiful spacious cabin with balcony. Modern shower room (new welcome products, bathrobe, slippers). The boat is well designed, well maintained and clean. The restoration is exceptional (tasty, choice, variety, beautiful presentation).

Great way to see the Mekong. The cruise director is fabulous and attentive and the daily outings are a fantastic way to see local life including night rides in Tuk Tuks, rickshaw rides and ox cart rides. You really get to see local life in these developing countries. The only downsides for me were the overuse of fish sauce in the meals including salads. Ice creams on board would have been nice. Be careful if you are mobility impaired as the boat has no lift, some of the excursions alight on to rough muddy river banks with steep climbs and some of the temples visited have a lot of steps.

We loved tropical fruits and food they offer during the trip. coconut drink was so sweet very pleasant boat trip and sampan ride. We recommend this tour and need to stay longer for floating markets in the future
