For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

08:45 An optional limousine service will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and transfer you to Halong Bay.
11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau Island – President Cruises’ private pontoon.
11:45 Enjoy welcome drinks and snacks, receive cruise information, and check in.
12:15 – 13:30 Lunch will be served as President Cruises sails toward Halong Bay. Along the way, you will pass the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, as well as Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves.
14:30 Your first stop of the day is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave. After exploring the cave, enjoy panoramic views of Halong Bay.
15:30 – 16:30 Cruise through Halong Bay.

Enjoy a spa treatment (*) or relax in the sundeck swimming pool.

Go kayaking at Tung Sau Pearl Farm or Luon Cave.
17:30 – 18:15 Join a cooking demonstration on the sundeck.
Anchor at Coconut Tree Island for an overnight stay.
17:45 – 18:45 Enjoy Happy Hour on the sundeck (*).
19:15 Dinner is served at the restaurant. Savor a delicious meal at President’s Restaurant or choose another special spot on board to dine. After dinner, enjoy drinks, try squid fishing, or indulge in a spa treatment. Spend the night on board.

10:30 – 10:45 Return to Tuan Chau Marina.
11:00 – 11:30 Depart for Hanoi.

We had a wonderful time on board President Cruises. The staff were very helpful and the food was the best we have had in Vietnam yet. The cabins were very spacious and new. The only downside was waiting around for the other people on the cruise who couldn’t stick to the timings on the excursions (not the staff’s fault). Also after we had disembarked we were taken to a restaurant to wait for an hour and a half for the transfers which wasn’t mentioned on the itinerary, which affected the rest of our day.
