For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi city tour

08.00–08.30: Pick-up from your hotel in the Old Quarter.
AM: Visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, including the One Pillar Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple, and Tran Quoc Pagoda by West Lake. Have lunch at a local restaurant.
PM: Visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat) and the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam). Then enjoy free time for shopping in the Old Quarter.
Note: On Mon, Wed and Fri, visit Bat Trang Ceramic Village instead of the museums. The tour ends around 16.00.

- Day 2: Hanoi - Mai Chau

08h00: Depart from Hanoi (approximately a 3.5-hour drive, including a break and a photo stop; the roads are in good condition).
12h00: Arrive in Mai Chau. A welcome drink and a hot or cold towel will be served, followed by a delicious lunch. The fresh, tasty dishes feature local vegetables and ingredients, with flavors such as green beans, black mushrooms, fish, and chicken prepared in the traditional Muong or Thai ethnic minority style.
15h30: Begin exploring the surrounding area and local ethnic minority communities with a relaxing walk to the Thai villages of Pom Coong and Lac. Explore Mo Luong Cave, located on the other side of the hotel.
Note: This 2-hour valley cycling tour can be replaced with a 4.5-hour cycling and rock-climbing tour, departing at 1:00 PM. A surcharge of USD 20 per person applies.
19h00: Enhance your experience with local delicacies at dinner, followed by a performance by a local troupe featuring Muong and Thai ethnic minority people. Enjoy lively dances depicting flowers, landscapes, and daily agricultural activities, along with sweet love songs, in the fresh mountain air.

- Day 3 : Mai Chau valley - Hanoi

08h00: Enjoy a delicious international breakfast at Bo Luong Restaurant, with views of the lake, paddy fields, and swimming pool.
09h00: Start the valley biking tour. Ride through local villages, across lush rice paddies, and into the countryside to learn more about the local hill tribe communities and their culture. Then enjoy some free time.
13h30: Depart from Mai Chau for Hanoi. You will arrive in Hanoi at around 17h00.
17h00: Tour ends.

A wonderful, seamless tour. Food was excellent, as was lodging. We originally booked the dorms, but when we saw the beautiful new yellow bungalows, we upgraded! Loved the serene and scenic bike rides. Definitely recommend!
