For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Hanoi city center. Check in at your hotel and enjoy free time at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

- Day 2: Hanoi City tour – Night Train to Lao Cai

08:00–08:30: Pick-up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Start the day by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum, followed by the One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, located by West Lake. Enjoy a local lunch at a restaurant.
After lunch, visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, followed by the Temple of Literature and Quoc Tu Giam. Stop by Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple. Enjoy free time for shopping, with dinner at your own expense.
20:30: Pick-up at your hotel and transfer by taxi to Hanoi Railway Station to board the overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on the train.

- Day 3: Lao Cai – Sapa

05:30: Arrive early in the morning, where your tour guide will pick you up at the station. Have some time to shower and enjoy breakfast before the tour begins.
Walk 6 km southeast of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa Valley to Y Linh Ho Village, home to the Black H’mong people. Continue trekking for another 2 km downhill to Lao Chai Village, also home to the H’mong people. Enjoy lunch with a local family, then walk through terraced rice fields to Ta Van Village, home to the Dzay minority people, where you will stay overnight.
This is a valuable opportunity to learn about local house architecture, daily lifestyles, and unique customs. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way.

- Day 4: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa

After breakfast, continue trekking for 14 km to visit two villages inhabited by the Red Dao and H’mong people. Visit a beautiful waterfall and a rattan bridge, and enjoy the scenic landscapes along the way. Trek through a bamboo forest to reach the main road, where you will take a jeep back to Sapa.

- Day 5: Sapa – Lao Cai

Walk approximately 4 km southwest of Sapa to visit Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’mong people. Relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and explore the remains of a hydroelectric power station built by the French during the colonial period in Vietnam. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the river, then continue trekking for another 6 km to Sin Chai Village, located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, known as “the Roof of Vietnam and Indochina.” From here, admire the breathtaking landscapes before taking a jeep back to Sapa.
Enjoy free time to explore Sapa Town before heading to Lao Cai Railway Station to board the overnight train. Overnight on the train.

- Day 6: Hanoi - Halong

The train arrives in Hanoi at around 05:30 AM. Take a taxi back to your hotel to store your luggage, then enjoy free time until breakfast. (Breakfast is included, but no room is provided.)
After breakfast, you will be picked up and transferred to Halong Bay.
08:00–08:30: Pick-up at your hotel (in the Old Quarter only) and departure for Halong Bay.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed on board. Check in to your cabin and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Afternoon activities may include visiting one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay, exploring a floating village by bamboo boat, relaxing or swimming on an island, and kayaking in a lagoon.
Back on board, you can join a cooking class or enjoy a sunset cocktail party before dinner. The evening is free at your leisure, or you can join the crew for a squid fishing trip.

- Day 7: Halong Bay cruise

Morning: Breakfast, fruit, coffee, and tea will be served. After breakfast, join a range of activities, including a visit to a pearl farm to see real pearls cultivated by local farmers, a visit to a floating village, a cycling trip around Viet Hai Village, kayaking, or swimming in the clear blue waters.
At the end of the day, return to the cruise, enjoy happy hour, and have dinner on board. Evening activities include squid fishing, relaxing on the sundeck, or listening to the sound of the waves in a peaceful and quiet setting.
Overnight on the cruise for the second night.

Early in the morning, tea and coffee will be served. You can optionally join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or enjoy taking photos in the early morning.
After breakfast, other activities may include (if not arranged on the first or second day) visiting a cave, joining a cooking class, or climbing to the top of an island for a panoramic view of Halong Bay.
Then check out and enjoy the spectacular views of the bay. Have a farewell lunch on board while passing numerous islands and islets featuring karst formations on the way back to the harbor.
Arrive at the harbor around 12:00 and board the bus back to Hanoi.
Around 17:00: Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Since we have never been in an asia country, it is a good start to get in touch with the culture and the good start into travel in Vietnam. The tour is really good organized. The activities are lots of fun. Be careful about the weather, bring the correct equipement with you.

Everything was perfect during our trip to Vietnam. We are a family of five (including our 11 and 19-year-old sons). From the start, we were always well informed via email. Staff was very helpful in solving our doubts and in guiding us on how to make the most of our trip.
