For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels day tour

06:45–07:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The drive to Cu Chi takes approximately one and a half hours. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video explaining how the tunnels were built and how Vietnamese people survived under the harsh conditions of wartime.
Then, explore the remaining areas and tunnel system, including living quarters with kitchens and bedrooms, as well as military facilities such as weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers that helped people living inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. You will also discover hidden trapdoors and dangerous traps designed to protect the tunnel network during the war.
Afterward, enjoy special tea and cassava, a staple food of Vietnamese guerrillas during the war. Take a short break.
Have lunch at a local restaurant.
Continue to My Tho City. Enjoy a boat trip along the Tien River, where you can feel the gentle river breeze and admire the natural beauty of four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise.
Cruise through narrow canals by sampan, admire the peaceful countryside, and enjoy a short cycling trip around the village. Visit a coconut candy workshop, sample seasonal tropical fruits, and enjoy honey tea. You will also have the opportunity to listen to traditional Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by local musicians.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City.

Tour to Cuchi tunnel was informative and insightful for its history. But the canal ride to the big Mekong River is a little dirty for my preference as you can see from the pics. However, the sunset view of MekongRiver is awesome.

The overall experience was really great. Our guide made sure that we won't get bored by interacting with us during the whole journey. She was quite knowledgeable too and explained everything to us in detail.

We really enjoyed our day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta River! Pick up was specified between 6.45 and 7.00, however we were kept waiting until 7.30, which was annoying to wait so long. However, our tour guide was great and made up for this with his great service. We learnt a lot from the tunnels and really enjoyed being immersed in the culture of the local people at the Mekong Delta River. Please note that along the way there are lots of opportunities to support the locals by buying their handmade goods. Overall I would highly recommend this trip!

I admire the creativity of the Vietnamese guerillas!! These tunnels are way too smart! Also, it was a feat to reach the end. I was soooo sweaty when I got out! And it was hard to breathe. Definitely not the place for claustrophobic people. I also enjoyed Mekong River!!! Got to listen to folk music and eat local fruits. This trip is worth it. Get the voucher!

Hello, How far is it from Saigon to Cu Chi, and from Cu Chi to My Tho? Do you have air-conditioner in bus?

Good morning, Thanks for your contact. It is about 60km from district 1 in Ho Chi Minh city to Cu Chi tunnels (about 2hrs by car), about 110km from Cu Chi tunnels to My Tho (about 2.5hrs by car). All guests is transferred by air-conditioner shuttle bus. Best wishes,

Thank you very much for your question. With your body, you cannot access the tunnel. They are very small. But you can visit wax statues area, listen to stories about tunnels, visit craft shops
