For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no showcases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Dong Hoi - Phong Nha Cave

08:00–09:00 AM: Pick-up from hotels in Phong Nha and transfer to Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park.
Participants will explore Phong Nha Cave by kayaking, rock climbing, and swimming! This unique way of exploring the cave is exclusive to the Phong Nha – Ke Bang Tourism Center and promises an unforgettable experience.
Another fascinating feature of the cave is its ancient inscriptions, which can be found inside its chambers, including the Bi Ky Chamber, located 1.2 kilometers from the entrance. These inscriptions were left by the Cham people, who lived in the area approximately 1,000 years ago.
After exploring the depths of Phong Nha Cave, it is time to return to the village for lunch and recharge for the following day.

- Day 2: Thien Duong Cave - Tam Co Cave - Dark cave

After breakfast, just like the previous day, participants will be picked up from their hotels between 08:00 and 09:00 AM. Once all participants have been picked up, the tour van will continue along the Ho Chi Minh West Trail to reach the drop-off point. From there, visitors will hike through the primary forest, accompanied by our tour guides, to discover Paradise Cave. Located within Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, this cave is one of the region’s most beautiful natural wonders. Deep inside the cave, visitors can admire its breathtaking beauty and spectacular formations. After exploring Paradise Cave, it is time to hike back through the jungle.
There will be a short stop at Eight Ladies Cave, a memorial site dedicated to eight brave women who sought shelter inside a cave during the war. Our tour guides will share their story with the participants.
After a short drive, the next stop is Dark Cave, where visitors can enjoy zip-lining, kayaking, cave exploration, and a natural mud bath.
After two days filled with excitement and adventure, participants will be transferred back to their hotels.

The first time came to Quang Binh and visited Phong Nha cave, although I only sat by boat for 1.2 km in the cave, I also felt the fresh and cool atmosphere and the spectacular beauty of Phong Nha. It was better to go kayak on the river. Nice trip!!!

Fantastic trip!! Along the way our guide told us about the story of the hidden treasure in the past. We were so curious of it. It made us so much good feeling with tour. We were like in the way to hunt the treasure. And it was the treasure of nature.

The natural landscape was so wonderful!!! The most beautiful cave I had seen. Hope that Vietnam can protect the environmental landscape well and clean the gabbage along the way. It will more amazing!!!

Absolutely fantastic. Didn’t want to leave! Although the weather didn't support us due to the sudden rain, the landscape was extremely beautiful. I was so impressed by the blocks of limestone mountains and wild forest and the clean river. People even washed their clothes in the river. Very peaceful!!!

My partner and I did this tour yesterday and we had a bunch of fun, the paradise cave was beautiful and the dark cave was incredible - be sure to wear a dark or old pair of swimmers for the dark cave because it will get messy. Alternatively you can buy swimmers at the local shop. Our tour guide was fantastic with a great sense of humour. The food at the cafe we had lunch at was delicious with a wide variety for vegetarians and meat lovers. It's worth looking into doing the tours without a guide that works about to be much cheaper with all the perks of kayaking, zip-lining etc. It was just easier to do the tour as the national park is huge.
