For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

Upon your arrival at Noi Bai Airport, our guide and private car will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel.
Check in at the hotel. Your room will be available from 14:00.
After freshening up, enjoy a relaxing full-body massage. In the evening, savor a welcome dinner at one of Hanoi’s finest local restaurants, featuring delicious Vietnamese cuisine.

- Day 2: Hanoi - Ky Son - Moon Garden Homestay (B, L,D)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before heading to Ky Son Village.
10:00: Arrive at Moon Garden Home in Ky Son Village and enjoy a welcome drink of fresh local green tea. Then, explore the garden and village at your leisure, including the local market and kindergarten. Afterward, join a cooking class, put your culinary skills to the test, and prepare and enjoy your own lunch.
In the afternoon, enjoy a hand spa treatment, with your hands soaked in a fragrant lime bowl and relaxed through a traditional herbal hand massage. Then, take some free time to unwind. Chat with your host family about local culture and traditional customs while sampling local drinks, snacks, and traditional desserts. If you are interested in learning Vietnamese, your host family can also teach you some of the language.
15:00: Set off on a bicycle tour along the countryside roads. Choose between a short 6 km ride and a longer 12 km round trip:

Short ride: Cycle through the farming communities of Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham.

Long ride: Cycle through the farming communities of Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham, then continue to Duong Lam Ancient Village, passing Mia Pagoda and Mong Phu Communal House. Ride back along the traditional paths of Thang Thac Village, with visits to Ngo Quyen Tomb and Phung Hung Temple.
In the late afternoon, return to Moon Garden. Enjoy a steam bath before dinner for a relaxing end to the day. Before bedtime, soak your feet in warm water infused with ginger, salt, and moonwort medicinal herbs for a soothing end to your day.

In the morning, join a traditional Yi Jin Jing exercise session, followed by breakfast. Then, enjoy some free time to relax in a hammock in the garden, take photos wearing traditional Vietnamese clothing, chat with local people, or further explore Ky Son Village and its surrounding area.
In the afternoon, leave Ky Son and drive back to Hanoi for a half-day sightseeing tour. Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Then, take a walk around Hoan Kiem Lake before boarding a private electric car to explore Hanoi’s Old Quarter and its bustling streets.

Leave Hanoi this morning and head straight to Ha Long Bay, a stunning UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring approximately 3,000 limestone islands rising majestically from the waters of the bay and the Gulf of Tonkin (180 km – 3.5–4 hours of driving).
Upon arrival around noon, board a beautiful boat for an overnight cruise on Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a delicious menu featuring fresh seafood as you take in the spectacular scenery. Lunch and dinner will be served on board.

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise and participate in a Tai Chi session. After a tea break, the boat continues cruising peacefully past the spectacular limestone formations of Ha Long Bay.
After lunch, return to the wharf in Ha Long and transfer directly to the airport in Hanoi for your flight to Da Nang.
Upon arrival, our guide and private car will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Hoi An.

In the morning, take a short ferry ride to Cam Kim Island to visit Kim Bong Carpentry Village. Visit the workshop of the famous sculpting artist M. Huynh Suong. Then, enjoy a 13 km bicycle ride to Duy Vinh Mat Weaving Village. Once there, discover the traditional techniques and specialized skills that have been passed down from generation to generation. Finally, cross a small dam to reach Duy Vinh fishing village before returning to Hoi An for lunch.
In the afternoon, wander around Hoi An Ancient Town and explore its quaint cobblestone streets, centuries-old Chinese houses, the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Temple, and Phung Hung Chinese Trading House.

Enjoy some free time at your leisure before transferring to Da Nang Airport for a one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival, meet your local driver and guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
In the early evening, experience Saigon’s nightlife like a local, riding on the back of a vintage Vespa scooter while discovering the city’s vibrant street food scene. The final stop is a local nightclub featuring live music.

In the morning, join a cooking class to discover the culinary art of Southern Vietnam. First, visit a local market to select and buy fresh ingredients. This is also a great opportunity to experience the daily life of Vietnamese people. Afterward, return to the cooking class and learn how to prepare several local dishes under the guidance of your chef. Enjoy lunch featuring the dishes you have prepared, along with additional specialties made by the cooks.
In the afternoon, visit some of the city’s historic landmarks, including Cho Lon (Chinatown), Thien Hau Pagoda, Saigon Central Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Opera House.
In the evening, enjoy a one-hour performance of the A O Show at the Saigon Opera House. Available showtimes are 18:00 or 20:00. This unique artistic performance is a form of contemporary circus that has gained international recognition.

In the morning, depart from Ho Chi Minh City by bus and travel to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta, a journey of approximately three hours. Upon arrival at Phong Nam Pier, board a boat and cruise along the Chet Say River, a branch of the Mekong River. Stop at several local workshops to gain insight into the local economy, including brick kilns, a coconut activated charcoal factory, and a coconut processing workshop.
Continue cruising through small canals before stopping at a peaceful village, where you can take a short walk to experience local life in the Mekong Delta. Visit a mat-weaving workshop before boarding a “xe loi” (a type of motorized rickshaw) or cycling through the village, where you can see farms, rice fields, and vegetable gardens. Stop at a local house for a delicious and hearty lunch featuring regional specialties such as elephant-ear fish and river prawns.
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing sampan ride along narrow canals. At the end of the trip, transfer to your resort in Cai Be.

In the early morning, take a boat trip to visit Cai Be Floating Market. This is a great opportunity to witness firsthand the Mekong Delta’s wholesale trade in locally grown produce. Afterward, stop at a traditional craft village and visit workshops producing local specialties such as popped rice, popcorn, rice paper, coconut candy, and honey.
Take a boat trip back to your resort, then enjoy some free time at your leisure until check-out. You will then be transferred to Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City for your onward flight.

Near lovely KySon village, this flower-rich oasis overlooking a lake is a lovely spot to have a cooking class and lunch. We toured the village by car as it was too hot to bike, but in cooler weather, the bike ride is probably nice. We didn’t stay in the resort overnight, but for a day trip from Hanoi—perfect! A reconstructed church serves as a central dining area and is simply beautiful.

Halong Bay is impressed with the bay and many rocky mountains on. With a cruise ship two days and one night seems to be too short for exploring how hidden beauty and charming one of Halong Bay. Feeling lost in the ocean, sea blue water is much fresher than any other sea beach near by Asia! All natural could be a big great of Quang Ninh Province. We wished we could stay longer than our plan but would love to be back soon . Love Halong bay

We visited the Cai Be markets as part of a cruise on the Mekong River. Its a 2 hour drive out from Ho Chi Minh City. The floating market is not large but there is plenty of activity going on both on the river and on the banks. You cruise along the river seeing the wholesale boats and the smaller sellers both on the water and on the shore. The floating villages are interesting with shops, manufacturing activities, schools, fishing and the day to day cycle of life going on oblivious to the passing tourists. The younger folks like driving their boats at high speeds and raising their propellors just a bit to spray the day trippers with water and let them know who is boss on this river. The river seems endless with multiple side waterways, floating vegetation and interesting buildings and sights all around. We stopped to look at various attractions/activities beside the river. These included making rice paper, rice popcorn, coconut candy, tasting snake wine. There is nothing mind boggling here but for a thoroughly relaxing few hours in a tranquil setting it can't be beat.

Halong Bay is a beautiful place on Earth. Chose to experience that in a cruise that included a kayaking trip around one of those amazing islands. Solo traveling but excited to meet friendly travellers from so many places including a family from Chile that I took the kayaking trip with. Don't miss!
