For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

08:00: Depart from Hanoi Old Quarter to Ha Long Bay by comfortable shuttle bus (optional).
12:00: Upon arrival at Emperor Cruises, located at Hon Gai Dock, our team will welcome you in our lounge before boarding.
12:30: Our Experiences Manager will assist you with boarding as you begin your cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay. Check in to your cabin as we set sail from Vinashin Dock and cruise among the many beautiful islets (scenes from the film Indochine were filmed here). Bai Tu Long Bay boasts wild beauty, and the panoramas from the boat are unforgettable.
13:00: A set-menu lunch will be served at our Can Chanh Restaurant on the main deck. Savor delicious Vietnamese food while admiring the beauty of the bay.
14:30: Explore the area around Hon Co Island and Co Cave (Grass Cave, also known as Thien Canh Son). Enjoy breathtaking views of Bai Tu Long Bay from above, as well as the magnificent long, white-sand beach of Hon Co Island. Afterwards, relax on the beach, go swimming in the crystal-clear water, and explore the cave.
16:30: Return to the cruise by small boat.
17:00: Choose from kayaking, enjoying a massage, simply relaxing, doing nothing, or watching the colors of the sky change as the sun sets.
18:00: Attend a tea demonstration.
18:30–19:00: Attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your hand at traditional Vietnamese cooking by making spring rolls in a truly stunning setting.
19:30: Enjoy an à la carte dinner on board as you experience the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21:00: Enjoy evening activities, including Movie Night, board games, massage and spa services, or squid fishing. Overnight on board Emperor Cruises.

- Day 2: Cong Do - Vung Vieng village - Hanoi - Hon Gai harbor

06:00: Wake up to the gentle lapping of the water against the boat as the first rays of sunlight announce a new day. Before breakfast, enjoy cookies and tea, then join the Vovinam session on the sundeck as the sun rises over Bai Tu Long Bay.
06:45: Enjoy a light breakfast with milk, bread, cereals, fruit juice, and yogurt.
07:15–07:30: Visit Vung Vieng Fishing Village, the famous pearl-growing village, to view the local people's fish tanks. Proceed to Vung Vieng Floating Village and board bamboo boats, allowing local rowers to take you around the village and its oyster pearl farming plots. Return to the mother boat by speedboat or tender.
08:30: Return to the cruise by tender.
09:30: Arrange your luggage and check out.
09:45–10:30: Enjoy brunch on board while cruising back to the mainland.
11:00: Arrive back at Emperor Cruises Dock in Ha Long City for disembarkation.
16:00–16:30: Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi.

Fantastic experiance un Halong bay. We stayed in the deluxe state suite and iur two kids in the second suite. Each has a private balcony and everything is included - also the wine and the massage service , plus all activities from the boat. Staff is incredibly friendly and the food and beverages served are really first class. We will surely return for another round !

· Our one-night cruise on Bai Tu Long bay with Emperor Cruises was the absolute highlight of our entire trip to Vietnam. The boat and rooms were nice. Crew staff were amazing and went over backwards to make sure that everyone was taken care of. The food was sublime and the activities were easy, fun and very rewarding; every step of the way was carefully designed for ease and comfort. Our guide was knowledgeable, approachable, fun and made sure everyone was happy with the hospitality. I highly recommend experiencing Ha Long Bay with Emperor Cruises Halong.
