For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

08:00: Depart from Hanoi Old Quarter to Ha Long Bay by comfortable shuttle bus (optional).
12:00: Upon arrival at Emperor Cruises, located at Hon Gai Dock, our team will welcome you in our lounge before boarding.
12:30: Our Experiences Manager will assist you with boarding to begin your cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay. Check in to your cabin as we set sail from Vinashin Dock and cruise among the many beautiful islets (scenes from the film Indochine were filmed here). Bai Tu Long Bay boasts wild beauty, and the panoramas from the boat are unforgettable.
13:00: A set-menu lunch will be served at our Can Chanh Restaurant on the main deck. Savor delicious Vietnamese food while admiring the beauty of the bay.
14:30: Explore the area around Hon Co Island and Co Cave (Grass Cave, also known as Thien Canh Son). Enjoy the breathtaking views of Bai Tu Long Bay from above, as well as the magnificent long, white-sand beach of Hon Co Island. Afterwards, relax on the beach, swim in the crystal-clear water, and explore the cave.
16:30: Return to the cruise by small boat.
17:00: Choose from kayaking, enjoying a massage, or simply relaxing and watching the sky change colors as the sun sets.
18:00: Attend a tea demonstration.
18:30–19:00: Attend our chef’s cooking demonstration and try your hand at traditional Vietnamese cooking by making spring rolls in a truly stunning setting.
19:30: Enjoy an à la carte dinner on board as you experience the charm of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.
21:00: Enjoy evening activities, including Movie Night, board games, massage and spa services, or squid fishing. Overnight on board Emperor Cruises.

06:15–06:45 Welcome the new day with a stunning sunrise over Bai Tu Long Bay and a Vovinam session on the sundeck.
08:00 Enjoy the morning seascape while having breakfast.
09:00–09:30 Transfer to the day boat and begin cruising to admire the magnificent beauty of Bai Tu Long Bay.
10:00–11:30 Kayak and visit the Cong Dam Area and Hon Xep Nature Park, deep in Bai Tu Long Bay, where famous hidden lagoons are surrounded by majestic limestone islands and islets, along with unspoiled beaches.
11:30–13:30 Enjoy lunch on the day boat.
13:30–15:00 Discover Thay Cave, one of the largest and most well-hidden caves in the bay.
15:00 Transfer from the day boat back to the main boat, Emperor Cruises. Enjoy a massage, join a guided art tour or a tea demonstration, simply relax, or try your hand at traditional Vietnamese cooking by making spring rolls in a truly stunning setting.

06:15–07:45 Wake up to the gentle lapping of the water against the boat as the first rays of sunlight announce a new day. Before breakfast, enjoy cookies and tea, then join the Vovinam session on the sundeck as the sun rises over Bai Tu Long Bay.
07:45–08:45 Proceed to Vung Vieng Floating Village and board bamboo boats, where local rowers will take you around the village and its oyster pearl farming plots.
08:45 Return to the cruise by small boat.
09:15 Pack your luggage and check out.
09:30–10:30 Enjoy brunch on board while cruising back to the mainland.
11:15 Arrive at the Emperor Cruises dock in Ha Long City for disembarkation, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to Hanoi.
16:00–16:30 Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi.

The Emperor cruise of Ha Long Bay exceeded our already high expectations. The staff was polite, enthusiastic and friendly. The activities, Exercises on the deck, cooking class, kayaking, Cave visit, and visit to the pearl farm and market where you can buy high quality pearls were lots of fun and the food was really delicious and well prepared. The rooms were (only 8) were very comfortable. The 24 hour stay was on the pricey side but worth every penny, The on board director Chris,was excellent and his staff, Than who gave the exercise class and all the others were outstanding. Thank you Emperor Cruise for a very memorable stay on Ha Long Bay. There is an excellent newly build highway between Hanoi and Halong Bay.

The price was a little high and the choices of food should contain a larger variety and suggested the provision of coffee, sweets and cakes between meals and suggested to be on board the cruise events such as mini party or competitions or events especially in the evening. And apart from that the service was excellent and the staff is very friendly and friendly and takes care of the requirements and comfort of the guests and distinguished in Cruz that the total rooms are not 8 rooms large and small, which gives the guest privilege services and calm and the views were amazing and the best stay is not less than two nights and strongly advised

Everything was very nice!!! The staff are so polite and nice! the boat is beautiful! The food was amazing! The owner was on board always checking if everyone needs anything ! I even got a present from them! (my small crab :)) Thank you again for it!

A superb onboard experience. Only 10 cabins, so you really feel very special. So luxurious, from the amazing artwork to the beautiful bedding. We enjoyed all the activities (kayaking, massage, fishing village etc). Food was very high standard (we particularly enjoyed the lunch). And then there is the view, so easily appreciated through the floor to ceiling windows. The pre-boarding experience wasn’t up to the standard of the cruise. Had to wait around in a slightly smelly area for over an hour. They should have taken us on board and given us a briefing, eg itinerary and activity options. That could be done by one staff member on the main deck while rooms, catering etc are getting finalised.
