For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.

Itineraries
- Day 1: Hanoi - Pu Luong

07:00–07:30 Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter and travel to Pu Luong Nature Reserve by limousine bus.
09:00 Short break in Luong Son, outside Hanoi.
11:00 Visit a local market of the Muong ethnic minority to learn about their daily life and customs. Enjoy the beautiful scenery at Thung Khe Pass, one of the 10 most beautiful passes in Vietnam.
13:00 Arrive at Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Have lunch and check in.
14:30–17:30 Take the van to the starting point. Follow a small road through terraced rice fields and sugarcane fields, then cross the hanging bridges to visit remote Thai villages. Stop at the giant waterwheels and a duck farm to learn about local agriculture before boarding a bamboo raft for a relaxing cruise on Cham Stream (subject to weather conditions).
17:30 Take the van to Eco Garden – Mountain Retreat. Enjoy a swim in the infinity pool.
19:00 Have dinner at the lodge and enjoy some local rice wine. Spend a quiet night in the middle of the reserve.

- Day 2: Pu Luong - Kho Muong village - Hanoi

07:30–08:30 Have breakfast at the lodge and enjoy the breathtaking view.
09:00–12:00 Trek along small roads through terraced rice fields and cross the stream to visit remote rural villages of the Black Thai ethnic minority. Learn about the local people of Pu Luong (6 km). Explore Doi Cave (Bat Cave) in Kho Muong Village, the largest cave in Pu Luong (weather permitting).
12:00 Return to Eco Garden – Mountain Retreat and check out.
13:00 Have lunch, then enjoy some free time to relax by the infinity pool or walk around the village.
14:00 Board the van to travel to Mai Chau and catch the limousine bus to Hanoi.
17:00 Take a short break along the way.
19:30 Arrive in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll be dropped off at your hotel.

Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed aboard. Check in to your cabin and enjoy a delicious lunch at the restaurant. Afternoon activities may include visiting one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay, a floating village for a bamboo boat ride, an island for relaxing or swimming, and a lagoon for kayaking. Back on the boat, you can join a cooking class or a sunset cocktail party before dinner. The evening is free for you to enjoy at your leisure, or you can join the crew for a squid-fishing trip. Spend the night in a private cabin on a shared cruise.

Morning tea and coffee will be served early. You can optionally join a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or go photo hunting in the early morning.
After breakfast, activities may include (if they weren’t arranged on the first day) visiting a cave, taking a cooking class, or climbing to the top of an island for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay. Then check out and enjoy the fantastic views of the bay as you pass many islands and islets with karst formations on the way back to the harbor.
At around 12:30, transfer back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at around 4:30–5:00 p.m. End of service!
