For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

09:00 - 09:30 AM: Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby in Duong Dong Town (a surcharge applies for distant pick-up locations).

Visit a local sim wine winery and sample some wines, which are fermented using natural ingredients.

Stop for a guided tour of a local pearl farm to learn about pearl harvesting, processing, and the creation of finely designed jewelry.

Visit a local family-run pepper farm, where some of Phu Quoc’s finest pepper is harvested. The island’s pepper is reputed to be among the world’s finest because of its distinctive flavor.

Visit Coconut Tree Prison, a historic site associated with the detention of prisoners of war (POWs).

Visit a fish sauce factory to learn about the production of one of Vietnam’s most important culinary specialties, fish sauce.
12:30 PM: Lunch time.

Relax and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant on Bai Sao Beach, a well-known and beloved beach with white sand and inviting turquoise waters. A quick swim is a must!

Drive along the scenic coastline to visit one of the largest pagodas, built between the sea and the mountains. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this spiritual site, where people come to worship and seek blessings.

Continue to Ham Ninh Fishing Village, famous for its fresh seafood, shellfish, and shallow waters. Observe the daily activities of local fishermen.

On the way back, visit Tranh Stream and enjoy a walk through the waterfall area.
Note: Tranh Stream is only accessible from May to October.

The weather started off not very good with heavy rains but cleared up by the time we arrived at our first destination. The rest of the day was good, especially the snorkeling and the beach. The tour guides are friendly, funny, knowlegedable and provide good service. Lunch was Vietnamese food with sufficient amount of good taste. Great value for money

Today, a very nice day at sea is very quiet without a big life. I was taken to a big ship and took us to visit two small islands to swim at the coral and fish in the sea with many fish and many kinds The various snails are very rich and the diversity of the clear blue sea is very clean. The feeling of eating lunch on the boat is very interesting. The guides are very happy and support us. We are very grateful to you so much. friend

Compact schedule but variety activity. Good to enjoy the 1 day with snorkel and fishing. Guide speak English well too. You can meet people from many countries. There were 8 people in group I joined. I did snorkel 3 times and fish 1 time.

We booked the north snorkeling trip for a party of 6. We were picked up one time and they even paid for a cab for is since the van couldn't make it up our dirt road were we were staying. The boat was nice and there was someone we spoke English in case you had questions! The snorkeling spots were beautiful, small islands to swim and snorkel around. The lunch was excellent! And you could add more fresh grilled seafood items if you wanted! They don't sell snacks only drink and beer.so bring some along if you getting get hungry before lunch. Fun day!!
