For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.

- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

11:30 Arrive at Tuan Chau Island – President Cruises’ private pontoon.
11:45 Enjoy welcome drinks and snacks, receive cruise information, and check in.
12:15–13:30 Lunch is served as President Cruises sails towards Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you will pass the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, Thien Cung Cave, and Dau Go Cave.
14:30 Your first stop of the day is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave. After exploring the cave, enjoy panoramic views of Ha Long Bay.
15:30–16:30 Cruise through Ha Long Bay.

I did a cruise for 1 night and 2 days, but the facility was also up to date and the boat was the best. The food was well adapted to the taste of foreigners. But if you have a problem with WiFi, the temperature in the sauna is very lukewarm.

2 days of experience with President cruise is great, with luxurious cabin, clean, attentive staff, shocking cave visit and boating is interesting, rich menu, fresh food, evening with Chef's prepared dishes are very thoughtful. Especially the chef makes food very delicious and beautiful, he makes his own baby, he likes it very much, his baby is picky to eat but also eat clean! Will invite the whole family to come here next time. Love you all!

I took a cruise with my wife and wife, but my wife was having lunch while I was there, and while I was traveling, I was lying in bed and could not eat anything. At first, I thought it was a stomachache. I asked for medicine, but I received medicine. The cleanliness of the inside was very satisfactory, but the fruit flies on the food were not good at the restaurant. There was a small pool on the ship and he said that he had better swim there. The staff were all friendly, but not very satisfied with the price.
